How to time the water purification cup filtration?

The filtration effect of the water purification cup’s filter element will weaken over time, so regular replacement of the filter element is an important step to ensure the water purification effect. The following are some suggestions and general methods for regularly replacing filter elements:

Replace according to time: Generally, it is recommended to replace the filter element at certain intervals, such as every 2 months.

Replace based on usage: Another common recommendation is to replace filters regularly based on actual usage. For example, if the water purification cup filters a certain amount of water every day, it is recommended to replace the filter element after filtering a certain amount of water.

Replace based on water quality: If the water quality in your location is poor and contains more impurities and contaminants, the filter may need to be replaced more frequently.

Use the filter life indicator: Some of our water purification cups are equipped with filter life indicators, which will remind you when it is time to replace the filter element.

How to replace the filter element of water purification cup?

Open the filter element compartment or filter element base of the water purification cup, and remove the old filter element from the filter element base by rotating and pulling.

Check and clean the filter element seat to make sure there is no residue on the filter element seat.

Install the new filter element into the water purification cup, making sure it is properly aligned and secure in place.

Close the filter cartridge compartment or base of the water purification cup and make sure it is closed correctly.

What should you pay attention to when using or before using water purification cup?

Before using the water purification cup for the first time, it is recommended to clean the water purification cup itself to remove possible production residues and dust.

Before each use, check and clean the sink and sealing parts of the water purification cup to ensure that the entire system is clean.

Avoid using the water purification cup with overheated water, as high temperatures may affect filter performance.

Check the service life of the filter element regularly, and do not extend the use of an expired filter element to avoid reducing the filtration effect.

What should I do if the water purification cup stops leaking after being used for a period of time?

Can I cancel the order?

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.

You can change the order information or cancel the order within half an hour after placing the order and the order has not been processed.

After half an hour, our order will enter the packaging process. Once packaging is completed, the order cannot be canceled.

After successfully canceling the order, the refund will be returned within 1-2 business days, please be patient.
