However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, don’t worry, we have a simple and friendly returns policy to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one.

Purifymecup.com returns are valid for 30 natural days. You have 30 natural days to decide whether to keep your water purification cup. If you are not satisfied with the water purification cup within 30 natural days, we will provide a return and a full refund. Before returning the product, you need to contact customer service Gabriel Tate via email [email protected] to make a request. We will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

When returning your water purification cup, your water purification cup needs to meet the following conditions:

1) Return requests need to be made within 30 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 30 natural days, we may not be able to accept your return request.
2) The returned water purification cup can be in new or lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging, gifts and return labels (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your water purification cup when shipped).
3) The water purification cup has no obvious signs of use or human damage.

Return order processing time

Purifymecup.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/11:00 AM-7:00 PM (EST).

Our return order cutoff time is 7:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 11:00 a.m. the following day.

Return orders after 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Return process

3) After receiving the water purification cup, we will arrange a refund for you.

Return shipping costs

If you need to return the product because you don’t like the style of the water purification cup or for other reasons of personal preference, please contact customer service Gabriel Tate by sending an email to [email protected]. We will provide you with a return and refund service, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange process

If you need to exchange the product within 30 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process after making the exchange application:

2) After the express delivery, please send the logistics information and express tracking number by email to [email protected] and contact our customer service Gabriel Tate so that you can re-delivery as soon as possible after we receive it.

Exchange shipping fee

Refund amount

After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
